The Platform oversees the approximately 1,100 vehicles currently deployed in the city, addressing specific challenges through real-time data visualization and analysis:

• Comprehensive Trip and Vehicle Tracking: The Platform meticulously monitors e-scooter usage, helping demonstrate the program’s effectiveness and inform future improvements.
• Policy Enforcement: We are implementing no-parking and no-go zones using our policy tool, with compliance monitoring in real-time.
• Parking Analysis: We are assessing designated parking areas throughout Wellington to enable data-driven decisions on future locations and adjustments.
• Safety Enhancements: The Platform monitors compliance with all policies and regulations, including slow zones and drop zones, to ensure program safety.
• Accurate Fee Computation: We are assisting the city in accurately calculating fees owed by operators, ensuring fair compensation for the use of public infrastructure.
