A propos
Blue Systems was established several years ago as a tech startup within the giant Bolloré Group. For decades, the Group has been a prominent market player in electric shared mobility, clean tech and digital solutions optimizing the flow of people, materials and data. Building upon synergies among several entities within the Group, Blue Systems was established to provide state-of-the-art smart mobility and smart city software solutions to cities and private companies across the globe. Despite being part of a very large holding, we keep our highly entrepreneurial DNA and our independence from the Bolloré Group. Our mission is to offer innovative and adaptable data processing solutions to cities facing a host of daily challenges in the field of urban mobility. Today, our Smart Mobility Platforms are deployed in cities in the US, Europe and the Middle East connecting over 100,000 vehicles and devices and processing over 3 million trips daily.

Victoria oversees all financial aspects at BlueSystems Smart Mobility. She is in charge of revenue accounting, financial planning and all financial and tax reporting for the company, which keeps her quite busy since we have offices in two states and two counties! Victoria also follows all company transactions closely from initial order to cash. And by the way, she is phenomenally good with numbers – can add several large numbers just by looking at the page on which they are written.
After seven years with Big Four audit companies in Europe and California, Victoria joined the Bollore Group in 2018, and has since been a continuous support to the growth of Blue Systems Smart Mobility division.
Victoria speaks four languages and has lived in six different European countries before moving to the US seven years ago.

Irina is in charge of all things legal, so her two bar admissions come very handy! You will be surprised how many legal issues come up on a daily basis – and having an in-house lawyer address them right away is very helpful. This means, all company contracts are done quickly. Also, as a company Data Protection Officer, Irina is in charge of making sure all customer data is handled properly by the company. Irina is a voting member of the OMF Privacy, Security and Transparency Committee and she meets regularly with other data privacy and security experts to collaborate on data protection issues. Finally, Irina is also in charge of strategic partnerships, as well as marketing, communication, and HR for the US. Prior to joining the company in 2017, Irina served as a GC and COO of an auto-tech hardware / software startup offering drivers after-market head-up display technology all over the world.
In her prior life, Irina played competitive badminton and was once ranked No. 10 in the US. Now she competes in every sport imaginable against her very active 12-year old son.
